Bio
Helen Westendorp is Director and Head Locksmith at Treehouse Partners, where for over 15 years she’s helped organisations including BAE Systems, the Ministry of Defence, and Dstl close the capability gaps that quietly cost them money. She led the red-teaming programme that stress-tested BAE Systems’ Future Combat Air System strategy, surfacing blind spots that reshaped their approach, and has delivered 10,000+ hours of facilitation and capability development across UK defence. Helen’s specialism is turning ‘we know something’s wrong’ into hard data on exactly where the gaps are, what they’re costing, and what to do about them.
